PrinterMS is a Hungarian printer fleet management and billing platform for leasing businesses. We build it because the most time-consuming parts of printer leasing, collecting meter readings and monthly billing, still rely on spreadsheets and manual work at too many companies. We automate that process, from incoming readings to a finished Hungarian invoice.
Why we build it
For a leasing business with hundreds of printers, month-end is a shift of its own: collect readings from every printer, calculate charges for black-and-white and color pages, apply minimum charges and excess usage charges, then retype everything into the invoicing system. Every step is manual, and every manual step is a potential error that costs real money.
PrinterMS takes over that chain. Printers report their meter readings by email, the system matches them to the right contract, calculates the charges and issues the prepared items through Billingo or Számlázz.hu with one click. The aim is simple: leasing administration should take a coffee break, rather than a whole day.
