The lease contract drives your charges: the monthly fee, page rates, minimums and overage. In PrinterMS, contracts are created from versioned templates. For an annual price increase, change one figure, choose the starting month, and every linked printer contract updates. Previous settlements remain unchanged, and replacement printers are settled together as a chain.

Create a template
Define page rates, minimums, overage and monthly fees by channel. Write the common terms for your contracts once.
Link a printer
Every deployed printer receives its terms from the template, tracked individually. Add exceptions where needed.
Change one figure to raise prices
For an annual increase, change a figure in the template and choose the starting month. All linked contracts update, while earlier settlements stay frozen.
A price increase is no longer a project
What once took a weekend of editing individual contracts is now a single figure to change. Printer replacements stay accurate too: the replacement chain is settled together.
