Brother error codes
Brother printers report faults on the display with a Print Unable / Unable to Print message and a numeric code. On laser printers, the 50 family relates to the fuser; on inkjet printers, the 30 family relates to the printhead carriage and 46 to the waste ink system. The list below explains the most common codes.
